Do you say things behind a screen that you’d never have the courage to say to someone's face?

In addiction recovery, real healing only begins with radical honesty—facing the raw, unvarnished data of your own actions without making excuses. It’s time we applied that exact same standard of sobriety to our digital lives.

Take this 3-question self-audit:

1. Do you say things online you would never say in person?

2. Do you consume outrage content designed to make you hate others just for a hit of righteous dopamine?

3. Do you use anonymous accounts as a dumping ground for resentment you are too weak to confront in your real marriage, career, or community?

If the answer is yes, you aren’t an innocent bystander—you’re actively participating in the very psychopathy you claim to despise.

Be honest in the comments: Which of these three traps is the hardest for people to avoid today?
