@"We're facing a crisis. And it’s because our generation is terrified of commitment."

Pew Research shows that almost 50% of young adults are living with their parents. Marriage rates are dropping. Birth rates are plummeting. Why?

But here is the psychological reality of modern Peter Pan Syndrome: If you keep every door open, you just end up living in the hallway. And the hallway is a cold, lonely place to die.

Make a choice. Walk through a door.

I'm Michael, a mental health creator, recovered alcoholic, future therapist, and the host of Sober Psychology. After realizing how much of the traditional mental health conversation misses the mark, I decided to build a space dedicated to raw, unfiltered self-examination and personal healing. My approach combines psychological principles with brutal honesty and hard truths, cutting through the noise to help people navigate their own growth. No toxic positivity, no hidden shame—just real conversations about what it actually takes to heal.
