God doesn't want your "customer service voice." 📞

He doesn't want the fake smile you give the cashier. He wants the real you—the broken you, the angry you.

In this video, I’m challenging you to drop the mask. Your pain is not a mistake; it’s a signal that you are alive in a broken world. You can't get to the table prepared for you (Psalm 23) if you refuse to walk through the valley.

👇 The Challenge: This week, when someone asks "How are you?", do not say "I'm fine." Tell the truth. Even if it's just, "It's been a rough week." Drop the mask and see what happens.

About Michael

I'm Michael, a mental health creator, recovered alcoholic, future therapist, and the host of Sober Psychology. After realizing how much of the traditional mental health conversation misses the mark, I decided to build a space dedicated to raw, unfiltered self-examination and personal healing. My approach combines psychological principles with brutal honesty and hard truths, cutting through the noise to help people navigate their own growth. No toxic positivity, no hidden shame—just real conversations about what it actually takes to heal.
