The Lie About "Forgive & Forget"
You can have 100% acceptance and 100% emotional processing with 0% forgiveness. Here is why forcing forgiveness is keeping you stuck. 🧠👇
Real healing doesn't mean granting an abusive or toxic person absolution or access. Acceptance is a cognitive reality check, and processing is somatic and emotional digestion.
